Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Spare Parts Engineering Team Lead located in Cairo, Egypt. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the automotive spare parts engineering team, managing daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key tasks include coordinating with clients and team members, conducting performance evaluations, providing technical guidance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Experience in automotive spare parts engineering and team leadershipStrong technical skills in automotive systems and componentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage and motivate a team effectivelyProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of industry standards and best practicesBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related fieldProficiency in written and spoken EnglishPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus
