We’re a close-knit team with a big reach — committed to safety, performance, and delivering a top-tier experience for both customers and our employees.About the OpportunityZeder Corporation is looking for full-time Automotive Technicians to join its Fulcrum Suspensions team across multiple locations, including Capalaba, Slacks Creek, Arundel, Stafford, Bundaberg, and Coopers Plains (QLD); Carrum Downs and Pakenham (VIC); and Arndell Park (NSW).Reporting to the Store Manager, this role focuses on high-performance suspension work, GVM upgrades, and technical excellence in a fun and fast-moving workshop environment. You’ll be part of a passionate team representing one of the most trusted suspension brands in Australia.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Diagnosing and repairing suspension, steering, braking, and underbody components to Fulcrum standardsFitting and fine-tuning 4x4 lift kits, GVM upgrades, lowering systems, and performance modificationsPerforming precision wheel alignments and balancingMentoring apprentices and contributing to team developmentCompleting AutoOptix video updates and customer-friendly explanationsMaintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environmentCompleting service records and participating in toolbox talksAbout YouTo qualify, you will need a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology and a valid QLD driver’s licence. A minimum of 6 months’ experience working in an Australian workshop is essential.We also welcome applications from passionate 3rd and 4th year apprentices looking to broaden their experience in suspension and performance upgrades.Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical DiagnosisSuspension, underbody, or performance tuning experienceWheel alignment and balancing expertisePrior experience mentoring apprenticesFamiliarity with aftermarket or retail auto service environmentsAs our ideal candidate, you’re a car enthusiast who loves variety and isn’t afraid to get hands-on with MX5s, GTRs, Porsches, and 4x4s alike. You’ll be safety-focused, a team player, and open to learning and feedback.
