Automotive Trainers

EuroFleet Consult is one of the leading providers of automotive knowledge in Europe. We are currently staffing a new project. We are seeking experienced trainers and coaches for the Slovakian market. Join an exclusive team responsible for developing, organizing, and delivering a wide range of training and coaching activities for the local dealer network and the importer organization.Profile:Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in delivering training and/or coaching within the automotive sector (sales, fleet, management, product, technology, customer experience).Knowledge of modern didactic methods, digital tools, and current trends in automotive.Experience in developing training materials, e-learning, workshops, webinars, and face-to-face sessions.Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.Fluent in Slovak (or Czech); English or German is an advantage.Willingness to travel within Slovakia and occasionally internationally.Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver basic and advanced training for salespeople, fleet managers, sales managers, and dealer management.Develop and update training materials and e-learning modules.Provide coaching and advisory services in sales, management, customer experience, and digital transformation.Organize and facilitate Assessment/Development Centers.Actively contribute to the implementation of innovative learning methods and technologies (AI, digital tools).Report on progress and quality of training activities.We offer:Participation in an exclusive project for a leading automotive client.Professional collaboration in a dynamic team.Opportunities for personal and professional development.Interested?
