About the RoleDo you want to join an international team eager to reach our vision of zero loss of lives, no injuries or damages caused by fire and gas?We’re looking for a Contract Manager to join our organization and play a key role in driving legal excellence and compliance across the business. The preferred location for this role is Trondheim, but for the right candidate we can also consider Stavanger. As our Contract Manager, you’ll operate with a high degree of independence, supporting the business teams in a range of activities.

You’ll be instrumental in managing contracts, advising on legal matters, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines legal expertise with strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on, pragmatic approach. Your responsibilities as a Contract Manager will be: Review, draft and negotiate contracts with channel partners, end customers, suppliers and service providers. Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues, including antitrust, channel management, and product issues. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies. Create and implement risk management controls. Counsel functional peers, including active participation in product development projects.

Provide legal and compliance training. Review marketing materials, including advertisements, product materials and presentations. Manage special projects and other duties as assigned. Moderate travel required. Who you areAre you a proactive legal professional who thrives on responsibility, builds strong relationships, and takes initiative in a fast-paced environment? If this is you, get in touch!Master’s degree in Law3-5 years of experience preferred; prior in-house experience a plus. Strong writing and communication/intrapersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks, including proactive projects in addition to the day-to-day required tasks. Strong work ethic and commitment to ethics.

Willingness to embrace technology. Must have a business-oriented, pragmatic approach to challenges that arise in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
