Your RoleThe Auxillary Service Officer is responsible for Contributes and drives the delivery of valuable services to all units for the continuous and smooth business operations in relation to the following: Fixed Asset, Furniture and Equipment Management (Acquisition up to Disposal) Document Warehousing Property Insurance and Contract Management Third-Party Management (OSP and Non-OSP) Mailing Services Centralized Billing Other property-related supportHow you will contribute?Reviews the completeness of the encoded entries in the Fixed Asset System (FAS). Reconciles the AP-Fixed assets with Accounting. Reconciles data in the FAS with the physical inventory. Checks the accuracy of billings for contractual obligations, utilities, telecommunications, freight services, office space, photocopier rental, and other dues.Spot-checks the operations of central communications, ensuring the timely movement of incoming and outgoing mails bank-wide. Coordinates with the assigned agency supervisor on the day-to-day operations of janitorial and messenger services. Ensures appropriate maintenance and contracting of parking facilities. Ensures the effective and timely delivery of services of in-house and 3rd party service providers. Maintains the records and data on contracts payments for utilities and other contractual obligations. Provides janitorial and messenger manpower to branches and head office units. Monitors and executes document box movement requests. Insures bank assets on time.Your ProfileBachelor's degree of any related courseAt least 3 years’ experience in construction or facilities/ property managementWith experience in administrative functions and communication with 3rd party service providers.Must be computer literate and has good communication and writing skills.Must be keen on details.
