We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator responsible for managing customer service,tracking and tracing shipments, and coordinating with customers and carriers toensure timely and efficient delivery. This role demands strong problem-solvingabilities, clear communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth and efficient shift handoffs between day and night teams. Leverage technology and internal knowledge resources. Fulfill general administrative and communication responsibilities. Exercise discretion and sound judgment in customer account decisions. Deliver high-quality service and meet customer requirements. Resolve service issues and recurring operational problems. Represent customers and contracted carriers in service matters. Support over-the-road operations.
Uphold attendance and punctuality for department efficiency. Perform duties at customer sites as required. Prioritize the company’s interests and act as a fiduciary. Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and customer information. Support the company’s mission, vision, values, and guiding principles. Follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: 2–5+ years in logistics related roles is preferred. Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred.
