We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of high-impact technical projects, collaborating across development, QA, product management, and 3rd party teams. You will be instrumental in aligning technology with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution in a fast-paced trading environment. . Responsibilities: • Lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional technology projects. • Manage timelines, scope, resources, risks, and quality across technical projects using Agile/Scrum/Hybrid methodologies. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, DevOps, and QA teams to prioritize and plan deliverables. • Interface with vendor teams and stakeholders to manage the integration and dependencies.
• Identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and risks, and proactively manage mitigation strategies. • Upon need, ensure regulatory and security compliance in all platform enhancements and deployments. • Manage Project related knowledge handover between teams within AvaTrade and with vendors. • As project manager, ensure the post-release monitoring and stability to ensure high platform availability.
