Jetfly Technik is our Aircraft Maintenance Center based in Zweibrucken. We guarantee comprehensive product support over the entire life cycle of a Pilatus aircraft. Our teams are experienced specialists trained by Pilatus who look after our aircraft to the highest standards.Our company is actively seeking for a highly skilled and motivated PART 145 Base & Line Maintenance – Maintenance Center Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating our Maintenance Center. The Maintenance Center Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of line, base and workshop maintenance activities.PART 145 Base & Line Maintenance ManagementLeadership & Team Management:Provide leadership, management and administration of all employees (hangar & support functions)Lead organizational and cultural transformation initiatives, driving change management across all teamsDevelop and implement comprehensive HR strategies including talent development, succession planning, and cultural evolutionSafety & ComplianceLead and drive the personnel safety program, taking ownership of safety initiatives beyond reportingPromote a Just Culture and ensure comprehensive incident and occurrence reporting through the Company Safety Management SystemDevelop and oversee the approval of the maintenance organization exposition and associated proceduresAssist management with quality audits, findings, corrective and preventative actionsTraining & DevelopmentDesign, implement and manage comprehensive training plans and systems for all maintenance tradesEnsure regulatory compliance training programs are effectively deliveredDrive continuous skill development to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational flexibilityPerformance & Business ManagementMonitor operational performance and business KPIs, providing regular briefings, guidance, and support to teamsSet direction aligned with Company vision and strategy, leading and developing Team Leaders and operational teamsTake accountability for operational and commercial performance of the Maintenance CenterManage costs and budget, develop business cases to support operational, business or recruitment needsCommercial & Strategic ActivitiesDefine and execute commercial strategy within agreed scope (to be defined in collaboration with JFA)Manage third-party contractual agreements within defined parametersDrive continuous process improvement using technologies, data analytics and innovative methodsProfileExperience Requirements:Minimum 10 years’ experience in industrial environmentsMinimum 3 years of management experience with proven track record in change managementLanguage RequirementsEnglish language, both written and spoken (mandatory)German language proficiency (mandatory) - essential for effective leadership and cultural transformation in a predominantly German-speaking workforceFrench would be a plusTechnical KnowledgeComprehensive knowledge of EASA Part-145 requirements and Human FactorsDeep understanding of Part 66 & Part-M regulationsPersonal QualitiesExcellent communicator with strong change management capabilitiesFlexible, perseverant, positive attitude and solution-focused approachHighly motivated team player with exceptional attention to detailProven ability to lead cultural transformation initiatives
