This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in data, digital technologies, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives Design and implement digital roadmaps across Insurance verticals Architect scalable solutions leveraging AI/GenAI, RPA, ML, and cloud Collaborate with global teams to drive modernization and innovation Champion adoption of digital tools and manage end-to-end delivery Provide thought leadership across consulting, analytics, and change management Manage cross-functional teams and drive project outcomes Stay ahead of industry trends and influence digital strategy Required QualificationsGraduate in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs Strong exposure to Insurance or Financial Services (preferred) Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, Automation, Data Analytics, and Cloud Background in Lean Six Sigma (certification preferred, not mandatory) Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Candidate ProfileStrong track record in delivering tech-driven transformation Ability to identify and execute large-scale initiatives across functions Structured thinker with clear articulation and influence Open to candidates with deep tech experience and less Insurance domain exposure This role isn’t just about transformation—it’s about redefining what’s possible.
