Job Overview:The Associate Vice President of Strategy & Planning will be responsible for leading the strategic planning process for the organization, as well as ensuring that the organization's goals and objectives are aligned with its mission and values. The Associate Vice President will oversee the development and execution of strategic plans, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and risk assessment, and will collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize key initiatives to drive growth and achieve business objectives.Responsibilities:Lead the development of the strategic plans for our clients and ensure alignment with their mission and values.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks for our clientsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, to support the achievement of strategic goals.Lead the development of business cases to support strategic initiatives and evaluate the potential impact on our clientsDevelop and implement strategic planning processes and frameworks to ensure alignment with the brand’s goals and objectives.Manage a team of strategy and planning professionals across India, providing guidance and mentorship to support their growth and development.Monitor and report on progress against strategic goals and objectives, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.Partner with other functional leaders to ensure the integration of strategic plans into tactical plans and business operations.Present strategic plans and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders as needed.Present and articulate the strategy vision for ting and subsequently drive execution of said visionThis will include identify the role that strategy would play - existing clients and pitchesIdentify qualitative and quantitative KRAs as success metrics for the strategy functionIdentify need-gaps that ting would need to fulfill in order achieve said visionMonitor and conduct monthly reviews to track progress towards fulfillment of KRAsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.7+ years of experience in strategic planning, or a related field, preferably in the advertising industryStrong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting market and competitive analysis.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a track record of delivering results.Strong business acumen, with experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.Why ting?Opportunity to lead and shape the brand strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients in a dynamic and creative environment.Collaborative and inclusive work culture that values creativity, innovation, and excellence.Exciting projects and the chance to work with a talented team of creatives, strategists, and industry experts.
