We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable.”Job ResponsibilitiesActing as the bridge between sales, business with creative and delivery teams, this role ensures that requests are structured, priorities are clear, and projects are delivered efficiently and with impact.The role also plays a critical part in building scalable workflows, managing traffic, and driving AI research & enablement — evaluating emerging tools and introducing new solutions to help teams work smarter and deliver better outcomes.What You Will DoProduct Ownership: Own the digital & creative enablement roadmap, balancing long-term priorities with ad hoc requests. Workflow Design: Build and optimize processes that streamline the flow of briefs from business to creative/delivery teams. Traffic & Project Management: Manage incoming requests, prioritize effectively, and oversee delivery across multiple stakeholders. Business Bridging: Translate sales and business briefs into structured requirements for execution. AI Research & Enablement: Continuously research emerging AI/digital tools, evaluate fit for business needs, and introduce solutions that improve efficiency and creative output. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and creative teams to align initiatives with business objectives. RequirementsWho you are:Experience in Product or Project Management in digital, creative, or tech-driven environments. Strong background in workflow/process design and traffic/operations management. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. Digital savvy with strong understanding of AI research and enablement (ability to identify, evaluate, and implement the right tools). A creative mindset with the ability to balance business needs with effective delivery.
