Your ImpactAs an Axon Account Executive – Caribbean, you will be responsible for selling Axon’s products and services to large and complex Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies. This is a quota-carrying, external field position. Success in this role requires the ability to articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior-level relationships, navigate across customer agencies and departments, and lead the Axon team to success. You’ll be expected to provide technical and administrative product information, deliver demonstrations, and conduct product training as needed.

Your success will hinge on exceptional relationship-building skills—both externally with clients and internally with cross-functional teams—at operational and executive levels. What You’ll DoManage and grow revenue and market share within assigned Caribbean agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and align with Axon’s strategic goalsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growthCollaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account strategies that deliver meaningful, tailored value propositionsEnsure consistent, high-quality service delivery and account managementUnderstand each customer’s unique workflows and business needs; build and maintain the right contact networks within each accountSupport strategic execution at the account level and bring in subject matter experts as neededOversee all account-related activities and communicationsAccurately forecast revenue, monitor competitive activity, and provide feedback to marketing and product teamsUse internal systems to track customer activity and identify additional sales opportunitiesProvide product training as neededManage your own expense budgetOwn the overall customer relationship and satisfaction for assigned accountsWhat You BringBilingual in English and SpanishWillingness and ability to travel up to 50-75%Proven track record in software sales, particularly SaaS or cloud-based solutionsExperience in relationship-based and consultative sellingAbility to clearly articulate complex solutions to a variety of stakeholdersProficiency with CRM toolsSolid understanding of cloud and virtualization technologiesStrong team player who collaborates well across functionsSelf-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your territoryExperience in startup environments or relevant verticals is a plusLaw Enforcement, Military, or Public Safety background is a plusDon’t meet every single requirement?
