Riverside Golf Club is looking for dedicated Locker Room Staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a welcoming environment for our guests. The Locker Room Staff will manage guest transitions between the golf course and locker room facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all members and visitors. Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker room facilities, including showers, saunas, and changing areasAssist guests with their needs, including the handling of golf bags and personal itemsEnsure the proper functioning of all locker room amenities, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyProvide towels, toiletries, and beverages to guests as needed, promoting a hospitable atmosphereMonitor the locker area, ensuring guest security and privacy is maintained at all timesEngage with guests to provide information about facilities, services, and the club's offeringsAssist in setting up and breaking down for events or busy periods, ensuring all areas are guest-readyRequirementsHigh School or Diploma in Hospitality backgroundMinimum 1 year experiencePrevious experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreational industry is preferredStrong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer serviceAbility to maintain a clean and organized environmentComfortable working in a team-oriented settingExcellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plusFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysPositive attitude and a proactive approach to guest serviceAbility to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving itemsBenefitsCompetitive Salary & Service chargeCareer developmentHealth insurance
