ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain office facilities, operational vehicles, and company assets. Organize and process office operational needs (stationery, cleaning supplies, pantry, and other routine requirements). Arrange and monitor service schedules, repairs, and renewal of vehicle or office facility documents. Manage GA archives and documents such as lease contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing documents. Arrange business trip needs (accommodation, transportation, and related administration). Handle permits, security, cleanliness, and comfort of the work environment. Coordinate with vendors and third parties related to GA services. Prepare regular reports on GA activities and expenditures. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any major.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work under pressure, and result-oriented. Willing to work on weekends or public holidays (if required). Ability to drive a car with an active SIM A (driver’s license) is an advantage. Knowledge of procurement processes, office facility maintenance, and inventory management.
