Content Moderation Analyst (Overnight Shift)

A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance*As a Content Moderation Analyst, you will focus on enforcing content compliance standards and policy by either approving or rejecting content for Aylo content sharing platforms.

Based out of our Cyprus office, reporting to a Lead or Manager of Content Moderation and Performer Verification, the individual needs to develop a strong understanding of the product, platform, and management tools assigned to them. The role also involves extensive interaction with a diverse group of internal teams in ensuring appropriate content policies are being effectively developed & enforced. This opening is for the 01: 00 to 09: 00 shift. Two consecutive days off but no weekends. What you will be doing:

Maintaining platform compliance by moderating video, image, and text content based on a defined set of guidelines, standards, and processesEvaluating content with a risk-based approach, while identifying any potential areas of improvement to guidelines, process, or otherwise, to your Lead or ManagerCategorizing and tagging content based on our internal performer verification guidelinesUndergoing periodic training and testing of your understanding of existing, new, or updated compliance standards, guidelines, and processesUnderstanding and meeting quality targetsEnsuring accurate and timely recordings of results are submitted at regular intervalsProviding feedback for policies/tools/processes improvementsWork closely daily with other Content Moderation and Performer Verification Team members to maintain an effective feedback loop across the teamWhat you will need to be successful:
