We are seeking candidate for Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator position at our San Marcos, CA office. Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesReconcile inventories for all warehouses every other month. Managing the flow of products through the warehouse, including storing and retrieving items as needed. Responding to warehouse inventory discrepanciesAnticipate and react to shortages and changes in inventoryAnalyze data and statistics to continually improve processesUse software to track inventory characteristics, types, and movementOversee and control inventory coming in and out of the warehouse through softwareManage inventory delays and exceptions alerts, relaying information to appropriate parties.

Utilize reports and systems to help resolve problems, inventory, or customer issues. Help develop procedures and optimize processes involving inventory Verifies all products have shipped on time; monitoring and expediting as needed for month end purposes. Processing outbound shipment BOLs, verifying accuracy of all the informationAssists in the reconciliation of inventory; coordinate month end inventory counts with our warehouses and physical counts semi-annuallyMakes inventory adjustments in our ERP system for lot issues/discrepancies, correcting inventory counts, internal product transfers, etc. Processes vendor credits for inbound damages/short ships. Assists the manager in monitoring inventory counts.

Processes receiving product into our ERP system. Processes & files all documents associated with receiving-receivers, vendor invoices, BOLs, COAs, etc. Other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time. Education/ ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED, at a minimum. College degree preferred. In Addition, at least three (3 years of job-related experience is normally required to perform this jobComputer SkillsWorking knowledge of PC based desktop computer and server- based networksWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power PointGeneral RequirementsAbility to read and interpret business documents. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information. Ability to analyze and solve problems.
