Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesDriving client projects with cloud infrastructure, cloud migrations, or data- and GenAI-related servicesAdvising on infrastructure design and configuration managementGiving workshops and engaging customer projects from inception to releaseBecoming a trusted advisor for high-profile enterprisesManaging the client relationship and the roadmap with our sales teamRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseAdvanced experience with Cloud Architecture Design and Patterns including (Enterprise Scale) landing zones for developmentHands-on knowledge and experience of the Azure platformExperience in leading delivery engagements for enterprise clients and large organizationsSolid engineering and technical background with experience in conceptualizing, strategizing, and architecting cloud solutionsKnowledge of security, network, virtualization, load balancing, storage, and databasesHands-on experience with building Infrastructure-as-Code (such as Terraform or Bicep) and CI/CD pipelinesContainer technologies experience (e.g. Kubernetes, OpenShift)Coding/scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar)Knowledge and experience around DevOps/DevSecOps and/or Platform EngineeringFluent communication skills in EnglishPreferred Technical And Professional ExperienceWhat sets you apart (we’d consider any of these as a big plus):Experience in backend programming with languages like C#, Java, Go, or similarExperience leading teams of Cloud Engineers and ArchitectsExperience with Google Cloud and/or AWSPassion for sharing your knowledge and mentoring othersExperience in consultancy and a pre-sales attitudeGerman is nice to have
