As Desenio Group continues to grow its B2B business, we’re looking for a B2B Account Manager to be the driving force behind converting inbound interest into long-term partnerships. You’ll be the first touchpoint for business customers, combining consultative sales, lead qualification and customer relationship management to deliver a seamless and inspiring buying experience.This role blends inbound lead conversion with marketing collaboration, ensuring every B2B inquiry is nurtured effectively and contributes to Desenio’s commercial success.ResponsibilitiesDrive B2B Sales Growth: Handle all inbound inquiries from business clients via website, email and phone, converting leads into active customers.Qualify & Nurture Leads: Identify potential high-value opportunities and route them to account executives or manage smaller customers directly to close deals.Consultative Customer Support: Advise clients on product selection, pricing, and design solutions tailored to their needs.Enable Marketing Impact: Collaborate with marketing to create and optimize B2B campaigns, case studies, newsletters, and website content that attract and convert new leads.CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate lead and customer data to ensure visibility and effective segmentation for follow-up actions.Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and finance to deliver a smooth, professional customer experience from inquiry to invoice.Event Engagement: Represent Desenio at industry events and trade shows to promote our brand and grow our network of business clients.What We’re Looking For1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, marketing or customer success.Proven ability to engage prospects, understand their needs and drive conversions.Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, commercial mindset.Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools.Interest in interior design, hospitality, or e-commerce is a plus.Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.Willingness to travel for events and client meetings.What We OfferWe offer a competitive base salary, clear growth opportunities into account management and B2B.
