Job Description Overview:ASUS Chile is seeking a B2B Product Marketing & Channel Specialist to join the Marketing team as a full-time member. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for ASUS Commercial solutions (notebooks, desktops, and related products), driving brand awareness, demand generation, and channel engagement across SMB, Government, and Education segments.Reporting to the Local Marketing Manager, this position will work closely with Commercial Sales teams, regional stakeholders, and channel partners to ensure strong Go-to-Market execution, partner alignment, and measurable business growth.Job Function: B2B Product Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Market Execution (Major Function)Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and GTM plans for ASUS Commercial products, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across SMB, Government, and Education segments.Channel & Partner Marketing ManagementPlan and execute channel marketing programs, co-marketing initiatives, and partner-funded activities (MDF/BDF), strengthening partner engagement and driving sell-through performance.Demand Generation & Digital Marketing ExecutionDevelop and manage digital campaigns, inbound marketing initiatives, database and lead nurturing flows, ensuring measurable ROI and alignment with commercial objectEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Go-to-Market• Develop and execute B2B product marketing strategies aligned with commercial business objectives and revenue growth targets.• Support Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and execution for ASUS Commercial product launches in Chile.• Ensure alignment between product positioning, brand strategy, and awareness campaigns.• Localize and adapt regional/global marketing initiatives to meet local market needs.Demand Generation & Digital Marketing• Plan and execute digital marketing and inbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, paid media).• Manage database and lead nurturing flows to support the commercial sales pipeline.• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance through dashboards and ROI reporting.• Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and targeted relationship events.Channel & Partner Marketing• Develop and execute B2B channel marketing programs and co-marketing initiatives with partners.• Manage MDF/BDF or partner-funded marketing activities and ensure compliance with brand and funding requirements.• Create and support partner loyalty programs and sales enablement tools.• Plan and execute partner events, trainings, and engagement activities to drive sell-through.Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Alignment• Develop marketing assets, toolkits, and sales materials to support commercial teams and channel partners.• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.• Align marketing initiatives with 4Ps strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).• Serve as key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.Budget & Operations• Manage marketing budgets and track spending accuracy.• Coordinate and manage agencies and suppliers.• Ensure proper processing and control of marketing investments and partner funds.Required Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.• 2–3+ years of experience in B2B marketing (technology industry experience is a plus).• Experience in digital marketing, email campaigns, database management, and lead generation.• Familiarity with channel marketing programs, partner ecosystems, and co-marketing initiatives.• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and ROI.• Exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).• Location: Santiago, Chile.
