You’ll be the voice of our brand, working closely with corporate clients to resolve payment issues, negotiate solutions, and ensure timely collections.

What You'll Do Manage assigned accounts, keeping records of payments, account status, and communications up to date Contact customers about past due invoices via phone, email, and other channels Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment discrepancies Build and maintain professional relationships to ensure timely payments Meet BGO and client metrics for collections performance Report on collections performance and aging accounts Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations Champion company core values Other duties as assignedExperienceWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Collection Agent is preferred but not requiredEducationMinimum 3 CXC subjects inclusive of English ASkills & AbilitiesExcellent Communication Skills:

You should be able to speak clearly, listen actively, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Positive Attitude: A friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor that makes customers feel comfortable. Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to quickly analyze a situation and find a solution to meet customer needs. Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up on all customer interactions. Adaptability: Able to adjust to new systems, processes, and customer needs. Team Player: A collaborative spirit who enjoys working with others to achieve common goals. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using customer service platforms, CRM systems, and other software tools.
