This role requires a strong combination of logical writing ability, in-depth research skills, and a growth mindset, ensuring content is high-quality and consistently aligned across all digital channels.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThis role is built upon three main areas of responsibility, requiring skills ranging from planning to execution:Content ProductionDevelop in-depth B2B content formats (such as Case Studies, Whitepapers, Industry Blog Posts) focusing on technology and digital product development.Ensure all content is written with clarity, technical accuracy, and strictly adheres to the established brand tone of voice.Master the art of articulating intricate technical concepts into clear, accessible, yet authoritative content.Implement content briefs, structuring and formatting outputs for maximum performance and readability across targeted digital platforms.Research & Analysis Conduct Deep Research: Read, comprehend, and synthesize complex technical documents and industry materials. Proactively discover core insights from multiple credible sources.Identify Strategic Angles: Possess a sharp eye for emerging insights to propose new topics and unique angles that expand the depth and strategic value of our Content Pool.Content Adaptation & Distribution SupportSupport the operation of the brand's online channels (Social, Email, Website) to maintain the brand's online presence.Know how to optimize performance for each platform, monitor, and improve basic content efficiency.REQUIREMENTSMinimum 1+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or B2B/Tech Writing.Experience writing for Technology, Digital Product, or B2B audiences is a strong advantage. A demonstrable passion and readiness to rapidly acquire expertise in this domain are essential.Proven ability to write logically and persuasively. Capable of simplifying complex subjects into clear, accessible content while maintaining professional quality.Possess a strong analytical and questioning mindset (“Why?”) to thoroughly understand the strategic logic and goals underpinning every content brief and reference material.Eager to receive and implement feedback, willing to rework content, and embrace challenging topics as learning opportunities.Exhibit a strong sense of ownership over all deliverables, ensuring maximum attention to detail and accuracy in every final product.Proactive in communication and collaboration, working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
