Serving more than 40 countries, we connect suppliers with customers worldwide, offering tailored solutions and support through offices in California, Mexico, Vietnam and Malaysia.What You’ll Be Doing: -     Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Identify high-potential leads within the cosmetics and beauty market. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and recommend products that perfectly match their desires.-     Presales Support: In collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, provide in-depth information about our product catalog, including price lists, sales policies, promotional programs, and seasonal campaigns. -     Lead Contact Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients through various channels such as Phone, WhatsApp, Social Media, and Email, ensuring prompt and professional interactions.-     Customer 1st Order Success: Coordinate with the sales and SC Team to ensure new customers experience a seamless onboarding process. Address any concerns and gather feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.                                                                                                                                               Who We’re Looking For:-     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field, preferably with a focus on cosmetics and beauty.-     Good in English.-     Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software) -     Highly adaptable to changing environments.-     Excellent organizational and multitasking skills and maintain accuracy under pressure. -     Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse clients and collaborate seamlessly across departments.-     At least 3 experience years in sales, customer service; ideally within the cosmetics and beauty industry.Why You’ll Love Working Here:-     Salary: 12.000.000 – 15.000.000 đ-     Flexible working - hybrid-     Laptop to be provided-     Performance Review (2 times per year)-     Annual health check, annual travel-     Year-end bonus-     Work in an international, collaborative, fair, and dynamic environment-     Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.-     Office location: Thu Duc
