Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing, and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.Key responsibilities:Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack's products and solutions.Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structures/deals.Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms.Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.Use CRM to its full potential to report, measure, and control sales inputs and outcomes.What we're looking for:Proven track record of successful new business development in the B2B sales environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence senior-level stakeholdersHunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities.2+ years of sales experience.Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approachDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve ambitious targetsProactive, results-driven and highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and business growthFluency in EnglishWhat we offer:Uncapped commissions and performance bonusesCareer Growth & Leadership OpportunitiesBe part of a globally recognized leader in fleet management and IoT solutions
