Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Executive to help us expand our footprint in the UK market.The RoleAs a B2B Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business growth for Updesigners.com. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert prospects within the UK market through strategic outbound outreach.You’ll leverage email, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools to build relationships, book qualified meetings, and close deals. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives on generating new opportunities and wants to grow in a fast-paced, creative industry.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential business clients in the UK market.Run targeted outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.Nurture relationships with key decision-makers (Marketing Directors, Creative Heads, Founders, etc.).Book discovery calls and support the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals.Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and presentations for clients.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape in creative and digital services.RequirementsProven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally within the digital, creative, or SaaS sectors.Strong understanding of outbound sales and social selling techniques (especially on LinkedIn).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.Experience using CRM platforms and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar).Familiarity with the UK business landscape is a strong advantage.A growth mindset and passion for helping clients achieve creative success.What We OfferCompetitive base salary: R250,000 – R300,000 per annumUncapped commission structure – earn as much as you closeFully remote working setupOpportunity to work with a creative, global, and fast-growing teamOngoing sales training and professional developmentClear growth path into senior sales or account management roles
