Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in the technology, SaaS, or AI industry to accelerate our business growth. This role focuses on end-to-end B2B business development, from lead generation to client retention, using a consultative and solution-selling approach.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and hunt for new B2B prospects in relevant market segments.Conduct product pitching and presentations to C-Level executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.Manage negotiations and deal closings with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools and prepare regular performance reports.Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Client Success) to ensure seamless implementation of AI Interviewer solutions.Analyze sales data and develop insight-based strategies for business growth.Represent the company at business events, demos, and networking sessions.Quickly adapt to dynamic products, markets, and operational procedures within the tech industry.RequirementsBachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in BD/B2B Sales (preferably in Technology, SaaS, or AI industries).Proven track record of achieving targets and working effectively with KPIs.Hands-on experience managing end-to-end B2B sales processes: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closing → after-sales.Proficient in using CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.Strong business communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal & written).Ability to create structured business proposals and professional presentations.Fast learner with a growth mindset and the ability to grasp technology-driven products quickly.Highly disciplined, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Jakarta and flexible for client meetings (online and onsite).Preferably has a professional network in HR Tech, SaaS, or AI-based industries.Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity.Core Skill SetEnd-to-End B2B Sales Process MasteryConsultative & Solution SellingNegotiation & Stakeholder ManagementAnalytical & Data-Driven MindsetCommunication & Presentation SkillsAdaptability & Tech-SavvinessProactiveness, Discipline & Target OrientationWhat Success Looks LikeAfter one year, you will have become a key contributor to the company’s revenue growth, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and strong client relationships.Clients will see you not merely as a salesperson, but as a strategic partner—someone who understands their challenges and delivers real solutions.You’ll also be recognized as a role model for new team members, known for your discipline, consistency, and ability to close deals professionally in the fast-growing AI & HR Tech industry.
