JOB DESCRIPTION:SALES MANAGER (B2B)Location: Head Office Department: Business Development (BD) Reports to: Business Development DirectorPosition OverviewSales Manager (B2B) plays a pivotal leadership role in driving business growth and profitability for the Clinic. This position is responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, building strong partnerships, and leading the Sales team to deliver outstanding sales performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both strategic vision and hands-on management skills to strengthen the company’s position in the B2B market.Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & StrategyDevelop, implement, and oversee the Clinic’s overall sales and business development strategy.Build, train, and manage a high-performing Sales/BD team to achieve revenue and growth targets.Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members, ensuring alignment with company goals.Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluation for sales staff.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.2. Business Development & Partnership ManagementLead initiatives to build and expand B2B partnerships, including corporate clients, medical institutions, and strategic collaborators.Negotiate and finalize key business deals, ensuring long-term value and profitability.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners and high-value clients.Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to design promotional and partnership programs that enhance Clinic visibility and drive sales.3. Sales Management & ExecutionSupervise the implementation of BD team’s sales and promotional programs.Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.Review and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and high ROI.Report directly to the Business Development Director on market insights, client feedback, sales performance, and improvement plans.4.
