Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic plan to identify, target, and onboard real estate offices/agencies as channel partners.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B Sales Executives/Assistant Managers, providing guidance and performance feedback.Set realistic sales objectives, KPIs, and performance standards for the team and ensure their consistent achievement.Ensure the team is fully trained on all new projects, inventory updates, documentation, and the company's value proposition.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Report weekly sales forecasts, pipeline status, and comprehensive team performance directly to the Head of Department.Qualification: 4 years bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExperience: Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales or Channel Partner Management, preferably within the real estate or related investment industry.Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role with direct reports.Strong existing network within the local real estate brokerage community is a significant advantage.Exceptional communication, sophisticated presentation, and strong negotiation skills.📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
