Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Telesales position located in Qesm El Maadi with some work from home allowed. The B2B Telesales representative will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. Daily tasks include lead generation, following up on leads, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in outbound sales calls and telesalesAbility to identify sales opportunities and close dealsProficiency in CRM software and sales tracking toolsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSales experience in the B2B sector is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
