Featuring advanced payment systems and token-based loyalty programs, INSTASOFT is designed to provide operators with a competitive advantage and foster player engagement.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role as a B2C Casino Manager based in Sofia, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The B2C Casino Manager is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and operational management of the company’s online casino brand.The Casino Manager works cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Payments, Compliance, Risk, and Product teams to deliver a competitive and high-performing casino offering.Key Responsibilities• Manage the overall casino product roadmap • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with game providers and content aggregators• Oversee game launch schedules and ensure timely go-live of new titles• Monitor game performance and optimize positioning and visibility• Analyze player behavior and adjust strategy accordingly• Coordinate launches of new providers and games• Align promotional calendar with CRM and Marketing teams• Test and optimize mechanics (free spins, cashback, tournaments, etc.)• Ensure all promotions and operations comply with licensing requirements• Review daily/weekly/monthly reports and performance dashboards• Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive product offeringRequirements• Minimum 3 years of experience in an online casino management or product role within a B2C iGaming environment• Strong knowledge of casino game verticals including slots, live casino, and table games• Experience working with game providers and content aggregators• Solid understanding of bonus mechanics, wagering requirements, and casino KPIs• Familiarity with iGaming regulatory frameworks • Experience with casino back-office platforms • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Skills & Competencies• Player-centric mindset • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional working skills• Detail-oriented • Proactive and data-driven approach to decision-making
