B2C SaaS / Marketplace : Organic Growth, SEO, GEO Expansion, Social Media, Product GrowthWe are looking for a B2C Growth Marketing Manager to lead our global organic growth engine. Your goal is simple: grow qualified/organic traffic, increase visibility across markets, and turn product insights into measurable growth.This role blends SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)expansion, social media, content, and product-led growth. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Content teams and operate with full ownership over our organic strategy.Organic Growth & SEO:Lead our SEO strategy end-to-end: technical, on-page, off-pageBuild and manage a high-intent content roadmap aligned with product positioningImprove rankings, crawl health, CTR and organic conversionsRun ongoing performance audits with clear priority-settingGEO Expansion:Prioritise countries based on demand, competitiveness and user behaviourAdapt messaging and content to each target marketManage localisation workflows and ensure international SEO consistencyAnalyse country-by-country growth performance and iterate quicklySocial Media & Community Growth:Define our organic social strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn is our Top Priority, followed by Instagram)Build communities, increase reach, and create narrative consistencyWork with content and design to deliver engaging formatsAnalyse impact by geography and user segmentProduct-Led Growth & Conversion:Partner with Product to analyse user flows, activation, retention and key drop-offsTranslate product insights into acquisition and activation improvementsLead go-to-market for new features and updatesRun structured experiments and A/B tests to optimise funnel performanceRequirementsStrong experience growing a B2C SaaS or marketplace product through organic channelsProven SEO + GEO expertise (international SEO is a plus)Solid understanding of product-led growth, user behaviour and dataExperience running experiments and making decisions based on insightsStrong communication skills and ability to operate autonomouslyComfortable working with speed, ownership and iterationFluent ES/ENNice to Have:Experience in multi-country growthKnowledge of localisation workflows and multilingual SEOFamiliarity with product analytics tools (we use Mixpanel)BenefitsHigh-impact role shaping the entire organic growth engineDirect work with founders and product leadershipRemote-first culture with flexibility and autonomyFast-moving environment where initiative is valuedOpportunity to scale a global platform and leave a real markOther:Location : Remote from LATAMContract : Full-time or contractor.How To ApplyIt's up to you.Option AApply in one click.Option BSend us a follow-up email at support@jobgether.com to reinforce the value you can bring.Option CBe creative and find your own way to stand out by showing the value you can bring.
