Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue business opportunities in government procurement and tenders.Manage and prepare project proposals, technical documents, and pricing for tender submission.Ensure full compliance with LKPP and E-Catalogue requirements and deadlines.Build and maintain relationships with government buyers, procurement committees, and relevant stakeholders.Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreed terms.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure document accuracy, project readiness, and smooth implementation.Track market trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify potential new government projects.Prepare regular progress reports and bid status updates for management review.Ensure projects are executed smoothly and meet client expectations from planning to delivery.Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 5 years in B2G sales, tender management, or government project coordination for Furniture or Interior Design.Strong knowledge of E-Catalogue (SIRUP, INAPROC), government procurement regulations, and bidding procedures.Fluency in English (able to communicate with customers on business level).Experience dealing with government ministries, agencies, or BUMN clients, and capable of managing multiple tenders and project timelines simultaneously.Strong knowledge of project documentation and procurement compliance.Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Professional, organized, and meticulous with strong attention to detail.Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle high-pressure tender deadlines.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability.Willing to travel for project and tender meetings as required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
