Presales Specialist

Job Description & Responsibilities:Provide response to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)Conduct and manage Proofs of Concept (PoC) activityWork with Sales Personnel to provide product and technical solution which met to customer needsResponsible for staying abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problemsResponsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the technology including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etcUnderstand and capture customer’s business and technical requirementsTo attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solutionRequirements:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s DegreeCandidate must have minimum 3 (three) years experiences in related positionCandidate must have good communication skill, presentation skill and interpersonal relationship building skillsExcellent knowledge of TCP/IP based services, Routing Protocols, Security, etcFluently in English activelyHaving post sales experience is a plusHaving IT Certification (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Aruba, Huawei, etc) is a plusHaving relevant security certification is a plusAbility to understand business processes, business problems and have strong analytical skillsAbility to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and products
