Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 需提前实习，提供转正机会 1、负责应用系统常规需求的分析工作 2、了解系统业务架构，并能了解服务业务条线的实务和操作流程； 3、负责调研、收集、挖掘对口业务部门用户需求，与开发团队进行需求和可行性分析，结合业务实际以及未来发展目标，产出可行性需求方案； 4、负责编写需求规格说明书、测试要点说明； 5、负责组织需求验收测试工作。 要求：1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、管理类专业优先 2、良好的业务理解能力，能较好的对用户需求有判断和引导的能力； 3、优秀的文字表达能力及较强的学习能力和逻辑思维能力； 4、工作积极主动,具备较强的责任感和良好的沟通能力，有团队合作精神，积极进取，能吃苦耐劳
