The ideal candidate will have expertise in XR and Meta - UX/UI working from our office during day shifts. This role involves developing innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and contribute to our companys success in the digital landscape.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement cutting-edge XR and MetaUX/UI solutions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality digital experiences.Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional design specifications.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure seamless functionality.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for XR and MetaUX/UI applications.Document development processes code changes and project updates for future reference.Work closely with designers to ensure the alignment of visual and functional elements.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across projects.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Engage in knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior developers to foster team growth.Deliver projects on time and within budget ensuring high standards of quality and performance.QualificationsPossess a strong understanding of XR and MetaUX/UI technologies and frameworks.Demonstrate proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.Exhibit experience with design tools like Adobe XD Sketch or Figma.Show capability in working with version control systems like Git.Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces.Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.Certifications RequiredCertified XR Developer UX/UI Design Certification
