Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain efficient server-side applications and APIs.Design and optimize database structures (SQL/NoSQL).Monitor and improve application performance and scalability.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.Must-Have:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in back-end development.Proficiency in at least one server-side language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, Ruby, or PHP) or any programming skills is acceptable.Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Experience with RESTful API or GraphQL design and integration.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).must have Japanese language proficiency (N3 or basic business level)Overseas applicants are acceptable.
