As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in building and scaling our onboarding journeys, empowering businesses to access flexible financing solutions.Your passion for technology and your ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in driving our mission forward.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do: Collaborating as part of an agile cross-functional team, as well as technology guilds Building great user experiences for customers, internal and external Delivering innovation end-to-end, from ideation and system design to writing code to launching and monitoring Using AWS, K8s, Kafka, Python, React, Ruby Working with containerised , serverless and event-driven architectures Proactively problem-solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day QualificationsWhat we're looking for: Experience in Python and Java S cript is preferred but strong knowledge of at least one general-purpose programming language and Front-end development is acceptable (Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Clojure, Ruby, Scala, Go) Strong fundamental programming skills (data structures, algorithms) Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Experience leading and delivering software projects end to end Experience or interest in containerised , serverless and event-driven architectures Knowledge of cloud-based Infrastructure (S3, RDS, AWS API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito, DynamoDB, AWS EKS) Knowledge of Agile, BDD, TDD and CI/CD Openness to learn and work with different technologies Why Work With Us Great work-life balance Competitive remuneration package Exceptional social package & special discounts Supplemental health & dental care Team bonding events Excellent office location & facilities Relaxing & gaming areas Free bike parking & showers More About PwrteamsJoin our fast-growing and diverse team at Pwrteams, where we provide premium IT and engineering nearshore solutions to our global customers.
