We are looking forward to welcoming you to join us in our diverse, passionate and innovative team by delivering insurance for all through technology.Job Description ·:Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate product ideas into technical solutions.Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems.Own features end-to-end, from ideation and architecture to implementation and release.Scaling/Optimising our backend services to ever-growing levels of traffic and complexity.Design, implement and optimize the performance of large-scale distributed systems with security and compliance in mind.Take ownership of backend services, including responsibility for building, shipping, and maintaining critical product features.Contribute to architectural discussions, designs, and proposals.Contribute to the documentation of applications and services guide team development efforts towards successful project deliveryGuide team development efforts towards successful project delivery and provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorshipMentor and coach team members, providing technical leadership and fostering growth.Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.Minimum Qualifications :5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in software developmentYou have strong knowledge of software development fundamentals, including relevant background in computer science fundamentals, distributed systems, data storage, and agile development methodologies.You are highly entrepreneurial and thrive in taking ownership of your own impact. Strong expertise over Python language & Web Frameworks like Django/flask required for backend development.Experience with AWS cloud and KubernetesExperience with any NoSQL Database, Caching and Messaging is a plus.Knowledge of object-oriented programming with strong background with event-driven microservices, data replication techniques and cloud architecture.
