ALSVIT an Hipoges Company is looking for a Back Office Administrator to join our Sales team in Athens.Responsibilities:·       Gather and verify information and data before entering them·       Register, process and update Customer/Partner and account data·       Check entries for errors, omissions or inaccuracies·       Digitize information and data and ensure that they are accessible to other departments or executives·       Comply with the terms and data use and security policy·       Support the handling of the day-to-day operations of the company Qualifications:·       Relevant degree (IEK/AEI/TEI)·       Prior experience in a similar Back office or Data entry position will be considered a plus·       Excellent knowledge of Excel·       Familiarity with data entry software·       Fast and accurate typing skills·       Excellent organizational skills·       Confidentiality The Group offers:·       Opportunities for further development and improvement through training programs·       Development and progression opportunities within an excellent working environment
