Our people drive everything we achieve, they think bold to deliver the outcome while ensuring every voice is heard.NTT Data is looking for a Test Engineer with a strong background in business analysis, reporting, software delivery, and release management to join our Athens office and to work with our clients in the European public sector.In this role, you will support the European Commission by coordinating key conformance testing and deployment activities with EU Member States. Acting as the central point of contact, you will ensure that IT systems comply with technical and functional specifications and are production-ready.Your role:Produce and maintain the required test design specifications – test cases.Produce and maintain the Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) for formal test runs.Execute the required test cases and analyze the result(s).Produce regular progress test reports, status updates, and dashboards to inform all stakeholders.Support stakeholders in understanding system specifications and testing processes.Escalate critical issues to the Project Manager and the European Commission when needed.Contribute to knowledge sharing, process standardization, and continuous improvement of testing cycles.Your profile:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in software testing or large-scale IT deployments, preferably within EU Customs and/or Taxation or related business processes.Solid knowledge of the software testing lifecycle and conformance testing best practices.Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder engagements and deployment activities.Demonstrated ability to interpret complex business and technical requirements and communicate them clearly.Experience in working with public administration or European institutions.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Nice to have:Familiarity with public sector IT systems.Knowledge of testing and validation tools (e.g., SOAP, XML validation, Postman, API testing platforms).Understanding of XML, XSD, and REST/SOAP services.Experience with EU IT delivery methodologies and standards.Additional EU languages are an asset.🌟 Why NTT DATA?🤝 A collaborative and supportive cultureWe foster an environment where curiosity, innovation, engagement, and teamwork are celebrated.
