For their team in Sofia, we are looking for an organized and communicative professional to take on the role of:Back Office Operations Specialist with German.In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality service and smooth internal coordination between departments.Main Responsibilities:Receive, process, and track orders from business clients for products, services, and projects;Maintain regular communication with customers regarding confirmations, changes, and order status;Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with internal standards and deadlines;Enter and update data in ERP/CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality;Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth workflows;Prepare reports and summaries supporting order and invoicing management.Your Profile:Excellent command of German (B2/C1 level, written and spoken);Good command of English;Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or back-office role involving order processing, invoicing, or customer service;Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with large data volumes;Good organizational and communication skills;Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems;University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration will be considered an advantage.The Company Offers:Attractive starting salary;Stable international environment with a modern and supportive workplace culture;Hybrid work model;Additional health insurance and food vouchers;25 days of paid annual leave;Access to training and development programs;Multisport card and language courses;Modern office with a convenient location and friendly atmosphere.If this opportunity sounds interesting to you, please apply via the “Apply” button.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
