Back Office Support Officer

You'll be responsible for handling escalated customer complaints, providing corporate sales support, assisting with police checks, facilitating dealer operations, and supporting our internal HR team.Activating a sim card or changing a sim card was requested by the relevant team.Increasing or decreasing the credit limit was requested by the corporate sale team.Adding or removing service was requested by the corporate sale team. Assisting and supporting front office and call center agents in their day-to-day operations.Performing police checks including CDR, identification of subscriber, location of the subscribe.Coordinating with DDD, sale support, and dealer processing application subscriber registration.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).Strong communication skills in English (written, verbal, and reading comprehension).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
