As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.Your challengeWould you like to be part of one of our self-organized fusion teams?We are looking for colleagues who are intrinsically motivated, work proactively without needing a detailed daily plan from their manager, and bring a high degree of flexibility and openness to continuous learning and further education.If this sounds like you, we would be delighted to have you join us.As a member of our interdisciplinary, agile team driving innovation at LGT, you will have the opportunity to actively shape our digitalization strategy and, with it, the future of our client solutions.In the coming years, our ambition is to create a truly personal client experience by developing cutting-edge digital services and products for our stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of our Online Banking Web Application with Angular and Spring Boot Involvement in requirement analysis, solution design, development and testing of new features Design, implement and maintain backend services and APIs for SmartBanking, and develop modern web frontends for our client- and advisor-facing applications Build intuitive, high-quality user interfaces in close collaboration with UX/UI and product owners Ensure reliability, performance and security of the applications in line with banking and regulatory requirements Write clean, testable, well-documented code and contribute to our automated testing and CI/CD pipelines Ensure high product and technology stack quality Continuously improve our codebase, tools and ways of working and share knowledge within the team Work in an agile, cross-functional team and help shape technical and architectural decisions Maintenance and 3rd level support Your profileHigher technical education in computer science or similar At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development of web-applications Good understanding of architecture principles and design patterns Analytical skills to draft development methodologies in a variety of different technologies Customer-oriented thinking, along with a strong drive for success and a high level of commitment Team player, resilient personality with excellent communication skills and social competence Practical experience in agile ways of working Knowledge of the Avaloq ecosystem would be beneficial Practical experience and general banking knowledge advantageous Language skills in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage What We OfferOnce they’re part of LGT, people usually stay with us for quite a while.
