As a Infrastructure Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping architecture, guiding a talented team, and delivering impactful products. This is a unique opportunity to influence core business systems and be at the heart of the company’s most strategic initiative.Your day to day will include:Build, Lead and maintain scalable and efficient back-end systems to support applications.Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern technologies.Deliver complete features end-to-end, including both back-end development.Evaluate system integration impacts to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.Provides governance and oversight of all Infrastructure Readiness projects and activitiesLead the infrastructure implementation programs including major and regular patching and upgrade initiatives to drive latest technology stack and platform healthLead the Resiliency strategy and execute continuous improvement actionsYou’d be a good fit if you have:Bachelor’s (or higher) Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in designing and implementing APIs, web services, microservices, and serverless architectures.5+ years of experience in development, with proficiency in Backend Python, micro-services architecture and Django frameworkExperience with CI/CD pipelines, including testing, packaging and deployments.Experience with DEVOPS or a thorough understanding of the principles behind itKnowledge in relational databases and non-relational databasesDemonstrated experience hosting large scale web systems in a Cloud type environmentBusiness acumen involving budgets, service pricing, capital expenditures, and return on investmentThorough understanding of network topologies and conceptsProven ability to lead complex troubleshooting sessions involving multiple data centers, multiple network segments, multiple technical disciplines, and interface to external clientsComfortable developing and delivering presentations to executive management and clients involving complex technical conceptsNice to Have:Nice to Have:Experience With Postgres - advantageExperience Clickhouse DB - advantageExperience K8S - advantageExperience AWS - advantage
