This is a 2-year contract role with structured training, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to promote products/services.Engage customers, explain offerings, and answer inquiries.Update call records accurately in CRM.Meet daily/weekly sales and call targets.Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally.Job DetailsWorking Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMTraining: 1 week (provided)Customer Base: Local (Malaysia)Interview Process: Operations interview only (no client interview)RequirementsMinimum SPM qualification.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Confident on the phone, target-driven, and motivated.Fresh graduates and experienced telemarketers are welcome!
