Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1、协调和主导外部客户项目和内部活动； 2、定义，适配和优化工作流程，建立项目交付工作模式； 3、技术上主导和推动问题解决； 4、管理项目团队，与其他组织形成良好互动； 5、处理客户投诉和解决冲突； 6、负责端到端客户满意和项目交付全流程。 任职资格 1、计算机，通讯专业本科或研究生学历，PMP认证； 2、3年以上通信研发或服务经验，2年以上项目管理经验，卓越的项目管理能力； 3、了解国内或海外运营商市场，了解运营商移动网络部署流程和运维需求； 4、良好的语言和沟通能力，能用英语驾驭远程会议； 5、良好的商务理解力和客户洞察力； 6、能够接受海外出差； 7、具有良好的引导，指导团队成员的能力，优秀的谈判能力。
