Although most children are found within the first 24 hours, many manage to return to their homes and lives after a long time, while others will never be found again.By dialling the number 116000, in Italy it is possible to report the disappearance of a child or to provide useful information for its finding.The operator: supports in the management of the 116000 telephone line provides administrative, legal and psychological support through a listening service develops the service through training and awareness raising activities as well as research and study activities on the topics of interest.The selected people will receive a structured and operational traning in order to support the service independently.Traning opportunities will be provided on site and abroad.Requirements Master's Degree in Humanities or Social Sciences (Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Service, Law, Criminology, Political Science, etc.).
