Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Colombo for a Bancassurance Executive. The Bancassurance Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with partner banks, identifying and developing insurance business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include promoting insurance products, providing training to bank staff, assisting clients with queries and claims, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship ManagementExcellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skillsGood understanding of Insurance Products and Banking operationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in the insurance or banking industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related fieldProficiency in both English and local languages
