Bancassurance Manager

We are committed to innovation, service excellence, and strategic growth through strong partnerships across the financial sector.We are currently looking for a Bancassurance Manager to lead and expand our bancassurance business within the banking industry.Main Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and expand bancassurance partnerships with banking institutions.Design and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for general insurance products (property, motor vehicle, health, travel, liability, etc.).Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners, ensuring mutual growth and target alignment.Conduct training, joint business reviews, and performance analysis with bank partners.Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, operations, underwriting, and marketing) to ensure business execution excellence.Monitor market developments and identify new bancassurance opportunities.Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Finance, or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in bancassurance or general insurance, with proven success in managing partnerships with banks.Strong knowledge of general insurance products and distribution models.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with leadership ability and solid business acumen.Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
