The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for performing daily tasks including promoting and selling insurance products, generating insurance sales leads, providing advice and recommendations to clients, and conducting after-sales service. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, collaborating with bank partners, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Insurance, and Client ManagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze client needs and provide suitable insurance solutionsStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of bancassurance products and the insurance industryBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldProfessional certifications in insurance are a plusAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
