Job Description

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for meeting and greeting patients and visitors to site. Prompt, polite and courteous telephone call handling, providing information, redirecting calls as and when required in a professional manner.The postholder will support the facilities team in planning and administration achieving an effective and efficient service provision. Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide range of professional colleagues and service users.What is the 'bank'? - The term 'Bank' refers to our pool of bank employees who are our temporary staffing solution, they cover annual leave and sickness across our sites.Applicants are asked to bring their photo ID and right to work including proof of address to their interviews.Please note in cases where a high volume of applications are received for a post, the closing date may be brought forward.
